A general consultation to discuss your requirements is completely free of charge, however, if it’s inspiration and ideas you’re after then a consultation fee of £60.00 is chargeable. If you go on to ask us to provide you with a design based on these ideas then the consultation fee will be deducted from the final design invoice.

There are two options here; either we can provide you with a few drawings for construction purposes or we can create a full design taken from a brief and working to a budget, including scaled construction drawings and concept plans, planting plans and mood boards. We will also provide samples of relevant materials within the design. The general quotation for the designs can range depending on the complexities and scale of the garden. 

From the brief we will provide a fully itemised quotation covering all aspects of the design, including our terms and conditions. The quotation is final and unless there are any additions to the project this figure will be all you have to pay. In other words what’s in the quote is what you pay, no nasty surprises in the final invoice!

Our skilled and experienced staff will bring your dream garden to life to the exact standards as set out in the design and quotation. The construction will be co-ordinated at all times by either the designer or a contracts manager, ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget. We understand that when you have work done to your home it can be stressful and intrusive, so we at Greenhaven pride ourselves on our ability to make the whole process as stress free as possible. We will ensure that all work is completed with you in mind, keeping the mess and noise to a minimum for you and your neighbours.
